Welcome to Kennewick!

The city of Kennewick sits on the Columbia River in Washington, roughly 1 mi (1.6 km) from the municipality of Pasco. Local attractions include the Ice Harbor Brewing Company, a brewery that invites visitors to learn how a local beer is produced and then sample the results. Kennewick is also the starting point of the Tri-City Cable Bridge Run, an annual foot race that draws more than 1,000 participants each December. The Benton Franklin Fair is a popular August event that features a rodeo, live entertainment and a variety of local arts and crafts vendors. Located in downtown Kennewick, Cleopatra's Cable Bridge Casino is a popular draw for locals and visitors alike, as it features an array of slots, blackjack and other casino games. Gambling enthusiasts also enjoy attending one of the many horse racing events that take place at Sun Downs, a nationally recognized track that features quarter-horse and thoroughbred racing.
